Promises..

I once asked someone to do just one thing for me :)
That was : " Everytime the clock strike 12am, will you spend just 5 minutes thinking of me? I don't need to be in your head every single second of the day, i just need 5 minutes of your busy time. I want to be in your head everytime you ready to go to bed, ready to close your eyes and start your new journey in your little dream."
But he rarely did it

Promises arent meant to be kept, are they?
I dont want to make any promise anymore, i am afraid i would break it, and leave a scar in someone's heart.
